While her grocery total came to less than her steakhouse bill, she did manage to cook more meals using nearly the same amount of money. Her conclusion: home-cooked meals are still the way to go.
It’s a worthy experiment that a lot of us can try ourselves. Not just out of curiosity, but as a way to reflect on how we spend our money on food, as well as how we can make better choices for our health. But then, how do we make up for poor choices that we have made before?
Burning the Extra Weight
It’s never too late to regain our ideal health. Just the same, staying in shape is not a one-time decision, but a daily commitment, so even if you already consider yourself fit, it’s a state that you should strive to keep for the long-term. We can exercise whenever we want and even in the comforts of our own home. It’s just a matter of sticking to this resolution as a personal promise.
