More ‘yes,’ less ‘no’

You probably have a packed schedule, and chances are you don’t have much time to spend with your family, but you’re reading this because you want to change that. So, what do you do about it? Do they want your help in homework? Do it.

This paradigm shift will quickly become a part of who you are, and you’ll be much more inclined to agree to do things than you are refusing them.
