For the gambling community, Atlantic City has nine casinos to choose from with something for everyone. If you’re an inexperienced gambler who doesn’t want to gamble for the first time in a casino, you can try gambling online.
Before you make the trip, you could play a roulette game for fun. This gives you the chance to play over 10 different types of roulette from your device. You can play live roulette, a slightly more immersive way of gambling on your device. For those who want to gamble in Atlantic City’s wide array of casinos, you can play poker, baccarat, roulette, or slot machines amongst other options.
It’s not only the gambling that makes these casinos popular. Many casinos are located in hotel resorts which have plenty for tourists and gamblers alike. Whether you want to stay in some of the luxurious rooms or just take pictures of the Instagram worthy décor, there is something for everyone.
Golf
If you’re looking for something a little more physically taxing, Atlantic City offers something for the golf enthusiast too. The US is home to some of the best players and best courses in the world, and Atlantic City has some top-class courses and facilities too. If you are keen on a day out of the city, you can take a trip to one of the 20 golf courses within a half-hour drive from the city.
Atlantic City Country Club opened its doors in 1897 and is the most prestigious club in the area. While you can join as a member, they do allow guests to play. Rates go up to close to $250 per day though, so it is not the cheapest day out. For those looking for something a little cheaper there are miniature golf courses in the city too.
Beaches
One of the most famous attractions in Atlantic City is its boardwalk which stretches over 5 miles, and dates back to 1870. However, the city and greater area offer beaches that attract visitors in the warmer months too. The Boardwalk has a beach beside it but if you want to venture a bit further afield there are other options.
For dog lovers, Longport Dog Beach is a 25-minute drive from the city. Another more peaceful option than the boardwalk is the spectacular Brigantine Beach. Here you can relax on the sand, go for a swim or even go fishing. For those who like a bit more adventure they can go kayaking and then relax and get some food in the town.
Atlantic City has something for everyone, from the tourists who like a relaxing vacation spent on the beach to those who prefer the hustle and bustle of a busy boardwalk. For others who want to enjoy themselves gambling, Atlantic City is one of the best options in the country and won’t disappoint anyone looking to spend their money in casinos.
